Just your average liquid eyeliner! The applicator is quite thin (which I prefer sometimes) so it doesn't cover as much area but it's great for those hard to reach areas of the eyelid. It also makes for easy wings when you want them. Unfortunately like many liquid eyeliners, it flakes a bit, especially when applying wings.

*Tip: For ultra easy wings, take the applicator and press it against the outer corner of your eye where you want your wing (like this). This will create a wing without having to draw it on!

What's the opposite of intense? Drab? Boring? Well I won't go that far but I was a bit disappointed in this product. I was hoping for the color of the pencil to be the same on my lids. Sadly it didn't really deliver. And don't you want the color advertised to be the color you get? Also it didn't apply well to the waterline which most soft pencils do. In spite of the color, this pencil made for easy application to the lid and had a nice little sharpener included.
